Be a part of the Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods Community! We are looking for a Receptionists (part-time) to work in our 5-star healthcare facility. The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors. This role may also perform various clerical duties for Department Managers or the Executive Director
Schedule available includes working some evenings during the week and every weekend and every other holiday:
- 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. working every Monday and Friday (some Tuesdays) and every other weekend 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist is preferred but not required.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
- Must be able to relate positively to residents and family and to work cooperatively with other employees.
- Must be able to operate a computer.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Software package helpful.
- Experience working with a multi-line phone system beneficial.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
- Must meet all federal, state and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiries.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job, with or without accommodation.
