Shift: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Schedule: We have schedules ranging from 3 days a week to 5 days a week

Pay Range: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

As a Server in our senior living community, you’ll help create warm, memorable dining experiences—prepping and plating delicious meals, supporting safe and tidy kitchen operations, delivering trays with care, and making our dining room feel welcoming for residents and their families. -Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with resident diet orders, menu standards, and portion guidelines

-Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices following state, local, and facility regulations

-Prepare and portion food items according to therapeutic and modified diet requirements as directed

-Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support to ensure positive resident dining experiences

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment

-Work collaboratively with dining team members and supervisors to ensure efficient meal service

-Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents, families, and guests

Qualifications

-Ability to interact respectfully and positively with residents, families, and team members

-Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented dining environment

-Reliable attendance and strong professional work habits

-Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions

-Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings

-Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Experience Preferred

-One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining

-Experience following diet orders, portion control standards, and food safety procedures
