Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns.
- Document and update client records following each interaction to ensure accuracy.
- Continuously expand and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of services and solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market insights.
- Identify and explore strategic business opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide support for product and service inquiries, establishing clear channels of communication and information flow.
- Contribute to branding, advertising, and media relations efforts.
