Scheduler
Adult Outpatient Therapy
The Scheduler will:
Interacts with patients and their families, providers and/or office staff. Responsible for scheduling of appointments and/or procedures, greeting and directing patients and telephone encounters. This position checks in patients, receives copays and ensures required paperwork is completed and insurance information is collected. This position has heavy phone contact. Responsible for assuring that the needs of the patient, physicians and practice are met in a manner that would be recognized to be efficient and professional.
Requirements:
• Good basic computer experience; one (1) year medical procedure scheduling experience preferred, including familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and accurate keyboarding/typing skills. Ability to quickly grasp internal scheduling system.
Salary Range: 17.75 - 24.73 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
