Day-to-day tasks include recruiting prospective student-athletes, coordinating team travel and scheduling, managing equipment and facilities related to the program, and maintaining clear communication with athletics staff and campus partners. Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills for planning practices, coordinating travel, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with student-athletes, athletics staff, and campus stakeholders.
- Understanding of and commitment to NCAA and conference rules, as well as safe and ethical coaching practices.
- Ability to recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes and represent the University and program in a professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior collegiate coaching or high-level competitive playing experience is highly beneficial.
