Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Professional Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design using InDesign and/or similar software
- Experience with Photoshop
- Experience with Google Suite platforms
- Photography experience (preferred)
- Experience with Finalsite or similar website platforms (preferred)
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Responsibilities:
Communications
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure messaging is proactive, strategic, and aligned with the school’s brand and goals.
- Maintain and enforce a style guide to ensure all communications are consistent, professional, and of the highest editorial quality.
- Create the weekly all-school electronic newsletter to communicate events, announcements, and important updates.
- Oversee the school-wide calendar, coordinating events with directors to ensure accuracy and prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with Admissions and Development teams to create cohesive marketing materials for prospective, current, and alum families.
- Manage all school communications across email, text messaging, website, social media, and the Veracross Parent Portal.
Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies and campaigns to achieve annual admissions goals.
- Maintain and update content across the school website, social media platforms, and third-party review sites (e.g., Private School Review, Niche).
- Capture photos at special events for marketing materials and inclusion in the weekly newsletter, ensuring key moments are highlighted.
- Create and manage creative assets for advertisements, billboards, and other marketing campaigns; collaborate with digital marketing partners to optimize SEO.
- Serve as the school’s brand ambassador, promoting Saint Paul’s identity and values in all communications.
- Oversee the Spirit Store, ensuring consistent, accurate branding across all items.
Admissions
- Partner with the Admissions Office to design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support enrollment goals.
- Assist in communicating school procedures and onboarding information to new families.
Development
- Collaborate on brochures, media, and other materials to support the Annual Fund and fundraising initiatives.
- Produce impact reports and fundraising materials in coordination with the Assistant Director of Development.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a computer and keyboard for extended periods
- Mobility to navigate the campus, including climbing stairs
