- Greet and check - in patients
-Answer phones
-Coordinate care with referring doctors
-Manage email
-Submit claims and prior authorizations
Skills
-Friendly
-Detail-oriented
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word
- Familiarity with dental terminology and coding
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
