Responsibilities
The Manager Central Sterile Supply is administratively accountable on a twenty-four (24) hour basis for maintaining quality central sterile supply services to all applicable areas. He/she provides leadership to Central Sterile Supply personnel and works collaboratively with all members of the patient care team.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $45,760.00 to $104,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Central Sterile Tech and Manager certification required.
- Progressive experience in central sterile supply services with a minimum of two years.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
