Join our team in our Quality Department where you will you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
How you'll contribute
Education:
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Quality strongly preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Three (3) to five (5) years diverse clinical practice as an RN in an acute care environment required.
- Previous performance improvement and/or large scale project management experience required.
- Demonstrated progressive leadership skills required.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS preferred.
License and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensed to work in the state of Arkansas
- Meditech exp preferred
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Ability to educate and present in front of groups
