- Manages the entire life cycle recruiting process from prospecting to closing of qualified candidates.
- Identifies and maintains qualified applicant pools to include diverse, internal, and external populations utilizing various sourcing techniques and modalities.
- Analyzes hiring data and trends (role-based competencies, recruitment locations, compensation, market intelligence, and other key workforce data) and assists hiring leaders in identifying the skills and competencies needed for a successful hire.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the business; collaborates with leaders and others across the organization on staffing plans and management of external hiring and internal mobility activities.
- Participates on talent acquisition teams, programs, and projects in support of business objectives. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations, and relevant organizational policies.
