• Previous staffing experience preferred, strong recruitment background required
• Excellent communication skills (preferred in a sales role) via email, phone, and in-person

• Mainly a Remote role, but has responsibilities in our hospitals and at Career Events
  
  

The Talent Advisor will lead the talent acquisition team for key vacancies in the health system. This will include developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, focusing on diversity recruitment. Will be knowledgeable and have experience with passive sourcing for hard-to-fill niche positions, experience with anticipating hiring needs using historical data. Develops strong external pipeline of talent for key roles, skills and capabilities as driven by the health system strategy. Does full-cycle recruitment of the critical positions that they are responsible for hiring. Serves as a talent adviser and presents at HR Business Partner meetings to update on new recruitment technology and trends. Shares recruitment best practices with the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Partners. Works closely with the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition to help outline the annual budget and to work on the department strategies for the year. Continuously identifies opportunities to improve the recruitment process. Serves on task force and committees as delegated. Serves as a resource and mentor to the Talent Acquisition Partners. Works on meeting the goals of the HR system strategic plan.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of Healthcare Recruitment Experience Preferred.
