The Staffing Coordinator Under The Direction Of The Manager/Supervisor
- In person Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Works within EPIC to review clinician schedules, identify availability based on productivity metrics and assigns admissions and visits appropriately.
- Assists in the scheduling of home health patient admissions and routine home health visits as indicated for the metro home health team.
- Answers phone and email.
- Maintains knowledge of all home health staffing regulations and coordinates patient visits accordingly.
- Utilizes EPIC to review schedules and to determine the most appropriate clinician to assign an admission or visit to, based on productivity, current schedule and geographical location of patient.
- Communicates clearly and courteous with employees, patients and families.
- Runs reports and provides administrative support as needed.
- Occasional weekend and holiday call requirements.
