Key Responsibilities
Stewardship Strategy Support
- Support the development and execution of a comprehensive, donor-centered stewardship strategy designed to strengthen engagement, deepen relationships, and encourage long-term philanthropic commitment.
- Assist with implementing stewardship initiatives that reflect donor intent, recognize generosity, and align with organizational priorities.
- Partner with the Manager of Donor Communications and Foundation leadership to help ensure stewardship activities are timely, coordinated, and donor-focused.
- Coordinate and support stewardship and recognition events that celebrate donor generosity and reinforce connection to Saint Luke’s mission.
- Assist in identifying and implementing engagement opportunities that enhance the overall donor experience.
- Support donor touchpoints by coordinating meetings, events, recognition activities, and follow-up efforts.
- Ensure donor engagement activities are well-organized, personalized, and aligned with stewardship plans.
- Support donor-facing stewardship and engagement communications in coordination with the Manager of Donor Communications and Foundation leadership.
- Assist with ensuring donor communications are accurate, timely, and aligned across channels.
- Work with internal partners to gather impact information and updates for stewardship communications and donor materials.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in not-for-profit work, corporate administration, health care or higher education setting.
- Experience supporting donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement initiatives
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work collaboratively across teams
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable style
- Advanced proficiency in PC-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Supports the Foundation in other duties as needed.
