Crittenton Children's Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team!
Specialists in this position provide a full range of services which may include clinical case management, crisis intervention, therapy, and consultation with community agencies to serve clients and their families. Individuals in this position may find themselves deployed in a variety of settings within the organization and may serve on more than one team. Areas of service may include counties Clay, Platte, Jackson, and Ray.

Specialists in this position provide a full range of services which may include clinical case management, crisis intervention, therapy, and consultation with community agencies to serve clients and their families. Individuals in this position may find themselves deployed in a variety of settings within the organization and may serve on more than one team. Areas of service may include counties Clay, Platte, Jackson, and Ray.
- M-F, swing shift. Hybrid: classified fully remote, office available for use at clinician discretion, client contact in-person at client homes or in the community. Occasional ability to meet with clients via telehealth.
- Providing services of clinical case management and support to the family and child in the community setting.
- Complete assessments
- Develop a treatment plan.
- Develop a crisis plan.
- Develop strategies for the child to succeed in the school, home and community.
- Teach behavioral interventions to the parent/guardian, school, etc.
- Connect the child/family to community resources.
- Use ""wrap-around"" philosophy to provide resources for the family to include respite services.
- Provide 24 hour/5 days a week on-call availability. Participate in on call weekend team rotation for crisis calls.
- Master's degree required
- Driver's license and clean driving record required
