Job Description
Assists in preparing patient for treatment by Physical and Occupational Therapists/Assistants and Speech Pathologists at Saint Luke's South in the acute care, outpatient, and rehab departments. Performs routine tasks and assists therapists during patient treatment activities. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: assisting with transferring patients, managing and tracking equipment, assisting with advanced technology and robotic devices, environmental cleaning, managing medical equipment orders, taking inventory, stocking supplies, assisting with feeding group, and transporting patients to and from therapy gym. Annual competency maintained and documented. Weekday, weekend and Holiday commitments required.

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
