We’re currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time nights shift in our brand-new Memory Care Unit.
In this role, you’ll provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of CMTs and CNAs. Responsibilities include:

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Licensed Practical Nurse - Various

- Administering medications and nursing care per resident care plans
- Supervising staff and coordinating shift activities
- Supporting new admissions and discharges
- Communicating with families and physicians
- Monitoring resident health and reporting changes
- Demonstrating strong customer service and professionalism
