At least 1 year of bartending experience is preferred
At least 1 year of spirit and wine knowledge highly preferred
Valid Bartending License required within first 90 days of employment
Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
- Preparation for service at the beginning of each day; garnishes, syrups, tools, etc.
- Restocking wines, beer, spirits as needed
- Providing guests with recommendations and good service
- Handling cash and non-cash transactions
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
