Center for Executive and Professional Education Industry Advisory Board
St. Joseph’s University (SJU) seeks visionary leaders to join the Center for Executive and
Professional Education’s (CEPE) Industry Advisory Board to shape the future of Professional
Education.
As an active advisory board member, you will be essential in influencing curriculum, providing
strategic guidance, and ensuring that the programs align with the real-world needs of industries
and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a change agent by promoting executive and professional education in both your
company and industry.
- Share industry insights and trends to ensure existing and new programs meet current
market demands.
- Innovate with the CEPE to create and refine program curriculum to meet the ever-
changing needs of the executive and professional marketplace.
- Participate in semi-annual board meetings (preferably in person), course panel
discussions, and other supportive teaching opportunities.
- Be an industry advocate for Professional Development
- Mentor students and professionals, contributing to their personal and professional growth
(optional).

Qualifications
- 15 years of professional experience in your field.
- A strong track record of leadership and a passion for executive and professional
development.
- Experience serving on advisory boards or mentorship roles is (preferred).
- Eagerness to participate as an active and committed member of a high-impact advisory
board.
- Appreciation of Ignatian Values (preferred)
Commitment
The term of service can be one or two years. Industry Advisory Board members are expected to
participate in semi-annual meetings (preferably in person), occasional panel discussions, and
subcommittees as needed.
