What You’ll Do
- Track billing, research denied claims, and resubmit for payment
- Monitor units of service and maintain accurate spreadsheets
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Prepare and distribute checks for food, supplies, and outings
- Process petty cash and reconcile funds
- Maintain and organize financial records and files
- Assist with audits, reports, and data tracking for multiple programs
- Support office operations including mail, phones, and supply orders
- Maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with the finance team

What’s Required Of You
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of administrative or billing experience
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
