As a Program Specialist – CLA, you’ll oversee residential sites and support staff while ensuring high-quality care for individuals in the Community Living Arrangement (CLA) program. What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support residential staff, including training and performance oversight
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Attend ISP meetings and ensure assessments, outcomes, and documentation are completed on time
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality care across all assigned homes
- Coordinate staff schedules, review time records, and assist with hiring
- Respond to on-call emergencies and complete required reports and investigations
- Ensure compliance with 6400 regulations and program policies
- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and outside providers
- Support community-based activities and monitor individual progress
- Lead staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing development

What’s Required Of You
- Associate’s degree or at least 60 college credits plus Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in field relating to intellectual disabilities and Minimum 2 years experience working directly with persons with disabilities
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Valid PA Driver’s License and ability to travel between sites
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
- Ability to lift light items as needed
- Ability to travel regularly between program locations
