Every Other Friday Every Other Weekend | 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (24 hrs/week)

⭐ What You’ll Do

As a DSP Supervisor, you’ll combine direct care with leadership responsibilities, including:

• Providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in a residential setting
• Leading, mentoring, and training DSPs, Leads, and volunteers
• Assisting with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations
• Ensuring all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time
• Delegating tasks and maintaining smooth operations during your shift
• Supporting residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
• Maintaining documentation and upholding agency policies
• Promoting a safe, supportive, and home-like environment
  
  

✅ What You Bring

• 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) proof of insurance
• Willingness to drive agency vehicles
• Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
• CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
