⭐ What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll play a key role in promoting independence and enriching the lives of those we serve:
- Provide personal care, grooming assistance, and mobility support
- Build positive, respectful relationships with participants
- Lead and assist with sensory, recreational, and social activities
- Ensure safety, dignity, and well-being at all times
- Accurately document daily care and participant progress
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
- Current car insurance
