The Saint-Gobain Treasury team is a centralized corporate Cash Management service provider for operations in North America. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual that is comfortable in a fast paced environment, to support critical responsibilities in our department. Creating opportunities and guidance for our staff is a high priority and we encourage the participation in learning experiences provided by the Treasury industry.
- Execute all 3rd Party, Intercompany, and Intracompany Electronic Transfers in North America
- Manage the User Access and Entitlement process for all systems supported by the Treasury
- Maintain the department's Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM) system which will contain a centralized inventory of Saint-Gobain's Bank Accounts, Portal Users Profiles, and Authorized Signers.
- Resolve issues that involve banking which could include, but not limited to, researching transaction activity, troubleshooting portal issues, providing transactional/balance reports, and opening service tickets to support Treasury's internal customers.
- Manage the department's Bank Fee Analysis system which entails reconciling negotiated pricing with bank to pricing in monthly Account Analysis statements.
- Generate weekly General Ledger interface files from the Treasury Workstation for import into ERP.
- No travel is required
- College Graduate Required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
- 2 - 4 years work experience in Treasury or Banking Industry Preferred
- 2 - 4 years work experience in Finance or Support of Financial Services Preferred
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems Preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent Communication Skills
