The Technical Sales Training Program Intern will collaborate to support the Sales & Marketing Department for Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Inc.
Your Day to Day:
- Develop, create, and edit recruiting marketing materials, including short videos and presentations.
- Streamline Precision Customer Seminar processes like breakout session scheduling, survey execution and collection, and payments.
- Organize training materials in preparation for moving to a new location.
- Assist in the identification and research of suitable schools to target for recruiting.
- Further your knowledge of sales training and industrial sales as a career.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior internship or relevant coursework in learning and development is preferred.
