What's the job?

Under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor and/or Line Lead, the Production Operator is accountable for performing required tasks necessary to meet production goals on a production line in a team-oriented environment. This is done with an emphasis on the following:

  1. Employee Safety
  2. Product Quality
  3. Production Efficiencies
  • Follow standard operating procedures and recipes
  • Set up line following established equipment settings
  • Fill out maintenance work orders and assists Maintenance Technicians as needed
  • Maintain quality of product on production line by ensuring product standards are being followed
  • Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing CI tools
  • Track and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

Compensation: 24.93 an hour

What do you bring?

  • High School Diploma is preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Work experience in manufacturing with Lean Principles and/or Continuous Improvement
  • Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment
