We are seeking a creative, process-oriented, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as Product Manager for our Fireproofing and Acoustical Insulation lines of business. While both businesses have tremendous brand recognition and are considered category pioneers, there remains robust opportunity for growth. The Product Manager will be instrumental in driving high-potential strategic initiatives across multi-functional teams, problem-solving with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
The role involves strategic planning, product portfolio management, market research, and competitive analysis to drive profitable business growth. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant product development, manufacturing qualifications, and partnerships. Additionally, the role includes developing and executing sales enablement and marketing communications plans, creating sales support content, and overseeing promotional campaigns. The candidate will also participate in trade shows and act as a liaison between various functional heads to address daily business challenges.
Qualifications:
- 5 Years of Product Management or Product Marketing
- Experience successfully managing deadline-driven initiatives
- Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, integrating, and measuring projects & programs
- Strong problem solving, analytical & computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
- Comfortable in a highly technical environment.
- Fire Protection Engineer or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (Preferred)

However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,200 to $155,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
