Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time Executive Assistant I in the Division of Student Development. The Executive Assistant I is responsible to the Vice President for Innovative Partnerships & Student Development to meet the official demands of the division by performing a variety of professional and confidential administrative functions.

Advanced post-secondary educational experiences and/or a minimum of eight years of experience in progressively higher-level positions in a related field required. Strong organizational, communication, and office management skills are necessary. Impeccable editing and writing skills with attention to detail and a proven track record of excellent relationships with managers, front-line staff, students, parents and donors. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, consistently prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook, Etc.) required.
