The MyChart Help Desk Specialist provides technical support and customer service for patients and healthcare providers using the MyChart patient portal. This role ensures timely resolution of issues related to account access, functionality, and general usage of the MyChart system, contributing to a seamless digital healthcare experience.

Job Details And Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree- preferred
- N/A
- 1 years of experience in a help desk, customer service, or healthcare IT role- required
- Familiarity with Epic Systems and MyChart- preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)- preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting- preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations- preferred
