Director of Marketing, Communications, & Foundation

JOB SUMMARY

Provides strategic leadership for system-wide marketing, communications, brand management, consumer engagement, market growth, and charitable Foundation operations. Serves as the organization's senior marketing strategist and advisor to executive leadership while overseeing the Foundation's fundraising, donor relations, and philanthropic programs. Responsible for aligning brand, reputation, and community engagement strategies with the philanthropic mission and revenue objectives.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field- required

Certification & Licensures:

N/A

Experience:

- Five (5) years development, corporate sales and marketing and/or grant writing experience with demonstrated success or similar experiences, preferably in healthcare operations- required

- Three (3) years non-profit fundraising experience- required

- Exceptional interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills- required
