Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional service.
- Assist with basic food preparation and routine service tasks.
- Help assemble and organize food orders accurately.
- Follow established recipes, portion guidelines, and food-quality standards.
- Communicate order details and customer requests clearly with team members.
- Assist with serving, packaging, and organizing orders as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
- Restock ingredients, food containers, napkins, utensils, and other supplies.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and food-service equipment as assigned.
- Follow proper food-handling, storage, and temperature-control procedures.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening, closing, and routine cleaning duties.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and service team members.
Qualifications
