Full Time | Day Shift | No Weekends: Monday - Friday!

Our Scheduler contributes to our Mission of Caring by scheduling all staff and assuring neighborhoods are covered.
Qualifications for the Scheduler:
- High school diploma required. Minimum one-year experience in scheduling or related area, medical terminology, and related experience in a health care setting, required.
- Clinical scheduling, preferred.
- Current and valid C.N.A and Med Tech certification, preferred.
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to a face-paced environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
What will I do as the Scheduler?
- Maintain current staff schedules and notify team of schedule changes. Follow up with staff to ensure the information has been obtained.
- Ensure staff has the appropriate schedule and are following their schedule.
- Take all incoming calls from employees.
- Enter all new schedules and schedule changes accurately into the system.
- Ensure the staffing levels are adequate to care for our Elders.
- Maintain the databases of licenses and track changes in positions.
- Reviews payroll to ensure that all punches are entered correctly and adds in any bonus information.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer services for both internal and external customer groups.
