We’re looking for creative, reliable freelancers to join our growing content team. This is a 1099, work-from-home position paid per project, with the opportunity to be paired with consistent monthly clients over time.
This is a work from home job (minus filming the clients)
In this role, you’ll be matched with business owners who rely on you to plan their content, direct, film, edit, create, and schedule social media content that represents their brand. You won’t just be completing tasks—you’ll be helping guide clients through content ideas, directing shoots, and bringing their vision to life on camera.
We’re looking for creatives who can take ownership of their clients, communicate clearly, and confidently lead the content creation process from start to finish. This includes planning concepts, directing filming sessions, capturing footage, and delivering polished content that helps businesses grow.
Most team members start with individual projects and then move into steady monthly client assignments based on performance, reliability, and communication. Our goal is to create long-term, consistent work for creatives who show up, do great work, and take care of their clients.
If you’re self-motivated, comfortable directing and creating content, and passionate about social media, this role can grow into a consistent, flexible income stream while working from home & creating your own schedule!

REQUIREMENTS:

- Portfolio or examples of social media content required
- Must have hands-on social media experience (personal or client accounts)
- Social media content experience is required, not just videography
- Editing skills
- Strong understanding of what works and what doesn’t on social media
- Familiar with trends, reels, and short-form content styles
- Comfortable directing clients on camera
- Able to plan content ideas, shoot, direct, and edit.
- Skilled in filming social media content
- Able to adapt to different client brands and industries
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and consistent with deadlines
- Strong communicator with clients and team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Positive, professional, and solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Open to building long-term client relationships
- Available for regular client work each week
