Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management for US Operations: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for the US company, including job requirement analysis, recruitment channel development and maintenance, resume screening, interview scheduling and follow-up, and offer process management. Address current recruitment irregularities and ensure adequate staffing for all US positions.
- Daily HR Administration: Handle daily HR matters for the US company, including full-cycle employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, and offboarding. Manage employment contract signing, filing, and archiving. Assist with attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and payroll calculation to ensure compliant and efficient HR processes.
- Policy Development & Optimization: Review and optimize HR management policies for the US company. Develop compliant HR management standards and procedural guidelines aligned with US labor laws and business needs, driving standardization of HR operations.
- Employee Relations Management: Maintain positive employee relations at the US company by addressing employee concerns, facilitating communication between staff and management, fostering a harmonious work environment, and reducing turnover rates.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Regularly compile HR-related data (recruitment achievement rate, training completion rate, employee turnover rate, etc.) for the US company. Prepare HR work reports for domestic and US headquarters leadership, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate with the domestic HR team to complete cross-regional HR coordination work, ensuring seamless integration between domestic and international HR operations. Strictly adhere to US labor laws and regulations to mitigate HR compliance risks.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, English, or related fields preferred. 3-5 years of HR-related work experience required. Experience in cross-country/regional HR operations preferred. Familiarity with HR management in the food industry is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: English must be proficient as a working language, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with US headquarters staff and management both verbally and in writing (including interviews, training, daily coordination, and document processing). Capable of independently completing HR-related tasks in English.
- Professional Competencies: Familiar with all HR modules (recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, etc.). Strong capabilities in process optimization and policy development. Able to accurately identify irregularities in HR operations and propose feasible improvement solutions.
- Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of US local labor laws, regulations, and HR management standards. Ensure all HR operations comply with local policy requirements and mitigate compliance risks. Familiar with domestic HR management processes to enable coordination between domestic and international HR operations.
- Professional Attributes: Strong remote management capabilities, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, responsible, and rigorous in work execution. Good execution capability and stress resilience. Able to independently complete various HR tasks with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
