Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Farm & Ranch Insurance Agent position based in Longmont, CO. The agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing clients' insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing policy documentation. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, developing and presenting insurance proposals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in farm and ranch business. Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage experience a plus.
- Exposure to Finance and the ability to analyze financial data related to insurance products
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with insurance software systems and standard office tools
- Relevant certifications or licensure as required by state regulations
- Experience in farm and ranch insurance is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
