Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Producer to help grow Sail Away Coffee’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. This role focuses on capturing real moments, producing short-form video, and executing a consistent content strategy that builds brand awareness, engagement, and community.
This is a collaborative role working closely with internal teams and external creators to bring the brand to life through compelling, on-trend storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Capture and create short-form content (video, photography, lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes)
- Edit and publish content optimized for each platform
- Collaborate with external creators and influencers
- Manage posting schedules and daily social activity
- Engage with the community through comments and messages
- Track performance and use insights to improve content over time
- Support campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong short-form video instincts and visual taste
- Comfortable filming people and real-world environments
- Ability to edit content using mobile-first or desktop tools
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and understanding of brand voice
- Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics is a plus
Day in the Life
No two days look exactly the same, but a typical week might include:
- Planning upcoming content themes and shot lists
- Filming short-form content in real settings (office, warehouse, on the road, retail, events)
- Capturing lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Editing and publishing short-form video across TikTok and Instagram
- Reviewing comments and identifying opportunities for engagement-driven content
- Coordinating with external creators or collaborators
- Checking performance and refining what’s working
This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and collaborative — ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action and turning everyday moments into compelling content.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
