Director / Sr. Director Product (Platform)

As the Director / Sr. Director of Product, you'll spearhead the development and strategic direction of our GenAI-based software platform at JazzX. This role is designed for a leader passionate about harnessing the power of AI to build the next generation of enterprise applications. You will own product vision, navigate market complexities, envision transformative product strategies, and galvanize a cross-functional team to deliver innovative platform solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: Craft and champion a compelling vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with JazzX’s strategic objectives and market dynamics. Inspire and lead the product team to convert visionary ideas into impactful, market-ready solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Spearhead market research initiatives to decode emerging technical trends, pinpoint customer requirements, and map the competitive terrain. Leverage these insights to refine product strategy and fortify our market position.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Command the helm of the product lifecycle, guiding the team through ideation, development, launch, and maturation phases. Guarantee that product milestones echo our strategic ambitions and meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate a culture of cooperation among diverse teams, ensuring seamless integration of efforts from ideation to market launch.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Establish direct channels of communication with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather critical feedback, using these insights to refine product offerings and prioritize initiatives that align with market needs.
  • Platform Advocacy: Act as the primary evangelist for the JazzX platform, eloquently conveying its value to both internal and external audiences, thereby fostering a strong community of supporters and collaborators.

Qualifications

  • Proven Product Leadership: At least 10 years of distinguished experience in product management, particularly in leading the development of enterprise software platforms. A history of successful product launches and market penetration in the AI sector is highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen & Market Insight: A deep-seated understanding of AI technology and platform ecosystems, complemented by a proven ability to navigate and capitalize on market trends and customer insights.
  • Expertise in Generative AI: Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI technologies and methodologies, including foundational models, agents and their applications in enterprise settings. Familiarity with the latest advancements in AI research and the ability to leverage these innovations in product development.
  • Strategic and Analytical Prowess: Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the capacity to tackle complex business, product, and technical challenges head-on.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A history of leading cross-functional teams to success, characterized by excellent communication skills and a talent for inspiring team members towards achieving collective goals.
  • Customer-Focus: Strong commitment to engaging with customers, partners, and incorporating their feedback into product development processes.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is strongly preferred.
