- Maintain an organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in banquet services or special events as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Requirements
