Multifunctional Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the store. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, cash handling, waiting tables, and the ability to handle high stress situations. You will play a key role in enhancing the experience for our customers and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant .

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to better assist customers and co-workers.
• Supervise inventory levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist other team members with serving tables and carry out orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
• Ability to upsell products and engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred, but is not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility with scheduling
