- Experience required: Minimum 4 years in electronics manufacturing is preferred. Minimum 4 years in Quality system maintenance. Excellent ISO Quality system knowledge.
- Plan and coordinate work within the QA Department/Areas, including internal audits, out-of-box audits, vendor audits, final inspections, and incoming inspections.
- Monitors and ensures efficient staging and flow of material, assemblies, parts, and paperwork throughout the QA
- Manage all quality issues from the customer, supplier, and quality management system.
- Set up a system to supervise and evaluate the manpower in charge for the growing QA department.
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing critical limits and verification procedures, and monitoring inventories.
- Make a training and retraining program for employees. Performs analysis of training needs and schedules required training and performs training where appropriate.
- Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors so as to ensure production and quality goals are met.
- Conducts training to build quality awareness.
- Good English skills (listening, speaking, writing, reading).
- Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to: Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, Internet).
- Ability to work flexibly and under high pressure.
- Strong quality management skills.
- Strong communication skills - listening, verbal, written and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Having been understood the standards IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001.
- Understand full production processes (from Incoming to Packing process).
