Quality Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to lead quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, strengthen quality systems, and foster a proactive quality culture across the organization. The Quality Manager will ensure products consistently meet customer expectations, internal specifications, and applicable industry requirements while partnering closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that supports business objectives and advances a preventative, quality-focused culture throughout the organization.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for the quality team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions to embed quality principles into daily processes and decision-making.
- Maintain, oversee, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives through structured problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process optimization efforts.
- Define and implement inspection, testing, and validation requirements, including the development of testing procedures and inspection plans.
- Partner with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products, processes, and materials meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate key quality performance indicators, including scrap, rework, first-pass yield, supplier performance, customer quality metrics, and cost of quality.
- Lead layered audit programs focused on process consistency, error prevention, operational discipline, and employee engagement.
- Serve as the primary quality representative during customer audits, regulatory reviews, and quality system assessments, building confidence through transparency and effective communication.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
