Electrical Engineer
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Electrical Controls Engineer to support the design, programming, troubleshooting, and improvement of industrial automation systems and manufacturing equipment. This role involves working on automation projects, PLC programming, electrical controls, and process improvements in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and troubleshoot automation and control systems
- Program and debug PLCs and HMI/MMI systems
- Support electrical design, control logic, and interface circuitry
- Read and create electrical diagrams and cable layouts
- Perform testing, root cause analysis, and system improvements
- Work with engineering teams on equipment and process development
- Maintain project documentation and follow safety standards
Qualifications
- BSEE or BSME preferred
- 0–5 years of automation or controls experience
- Knowledge of PLCs such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or B&R
- Understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems
- Experience with CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
