Description
Saiful Bouquet is an internationally recognized, award-winning structural engineering firm, with multiple offices in Southern California. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join us in our new headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, located on the 37th Floor of 725 S. Figueroa Street. Applicant would lead all aspects of the development of projects, serving our clients and working directly with the Principals in a dynamic office environment. Must be a good communicator and team player, with strong technical skills as well as training and business development acumen. Significant opportunity for growth in an expanding firm and opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects including large, complex structures with a dedicated team of engineers.
Requirements
• 12 to 15 years of building design experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
• Strong business development skills desired
• Must have experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types, with emphasis on larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors
• SE license required
• Experience with DSA & OSHPD a plus
• Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 a plus
• Master’s degree from a US university in structural engineering required
• Strong communication and people skills, and team players required
