Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator / Developer to support the administration, development, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing the ServiceNow platform, implementing integrations, supporting change management and CI/CD processes, and working across ServiceNow applications.
This role will support a Government Cloud environment and requires candidates who are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders).
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, releases, and ongoing ServiceNow enhancements.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow change management processes.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow application development and deployments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, integrations, workflows, and application-related problems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and deployment procedures.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Change Management.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes for ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and update sets.
- Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow platform and integration issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
