About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex transformation and migration initiatives for enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering business outcomes by guiding clients through large-scale cloud migrations and IT transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program management expertise to ensure successful delivery across multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define program objectives, success criteria, and governance in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate and drive multiple sub-projects and work streams, including dependencies.
- Lead architects and resourcing teams to schedule internal and external consulting resources.
- Develop detailed project plans considering dependencies, durations, and LOE; monitor and track progress.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, changes, and closeout using appropriate verification techniques.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve risks to timeline and budget.
- Track program issues, actions, and risks, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate progress internally and externally, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop and distribute program status reports, ensuring accurate forecasting of revenue.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation and improve project management efficiency across teams.
- Foster client relationships to enable future opportunities and ensure world-class project delivery.
- Present dashboards and reports to stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience managing complex projects involving hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- Broad experience with platform integrations and transformation projects.
- Strong organizational, planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proven ability to problem solve and thrive in dynamic, complex situations.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project planning tools, and Agile project management.
- Experience with change management processes in professional services projects.
- Strong external and internal customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, projects, and clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of tools like NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
- PMP required; PgMP is a plus.
