Job Description:
- We’re seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for a right-to-hire opportunity with a client in Morris County, NJ. This role requires 3 days onsite per week and will lead complex technology and AI-driven initiatives within an Agile environment.
- The PM will partner with Product, Development, Engineering, and IT teams to drive annual and quarterly portfolio planning, AI initiatives, project delivery, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
- The ideal candidate will have 5 years of technical program management experience, strong Scrum/Kanban and SAFe expertise, and experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams. HCM experience is highly preferred, along with experience supporting AI/technology initiatives and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, and executive presentation skills are essential.
