Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management and strong supporting experience in Oracle Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of 70-80% Order Management expertise and 20-30% Procurement expertise, with the ability to support highly integrated supply chain, supplier, and financial processes in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Oracle Order Management (70-80%)
- Lead functional design, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Order Management.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:
- Order capture
- Order orchestration
- Fulfillment and shipment processing
- Return management
- Pricing and inventory integrations
- Support integrations between Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Execution, Procurement, and Finance.
- Drive business process improvements and adoption of Oracle SCM best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to optimize fulfillment, customer service, and supply chain operations.
Oracle Procurement & Procure-to-Pay (20-30%)
- Support Oracle Procurement Cloud business processes including:
- Requisitions
- Purchasing
- Supplier onboarding
- Supplier qualification and management
- Purchase Orders
- Receipt processing
- Invoice validation and payment workflows
- Work with business teams supporting supplier management, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Operations.
