Looking for general analyst with cross-functional teamwork abilities
- Operations - Process Improvement • Microsoft Excel • Analysis
o Financial or technology background - preffered
o Analyzed data to forecast trends and optimize service delivery using Excel and Power BI.
• Primary focus: attention to detail and project coordination
• Main responsibility: liaison between different groups - This role is intended to be more of a cross functional liaison, and while some analytical ability is helpful.
Key Role Responsibilities
• Work with operations team to capture missed communication details
• Translate information across teams for smoother operations
• Review documents and drawings for project specifics
• Track job locations and timing requirements
• Handle budgeting and financial work (teachable if needed)
• Bachelor’s degree helpful but not 100% necessary
• Business/finance background preferred but flexible
• Cross-functional teamwork more important than technical skills
• Attention to detail critical for document revie
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
