We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer with strong expertise in Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) and enterprise network security technologies. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers, and driving product adoption.
π§ What Youβll Do
- Provide expert guidance on NGFW technologies and help customers maximize product value.
- Partner with Product & Engineering teams to integrate and deploy network security solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate, influence product roadmap, and identify new use cases.
- Lead technical deployments, success plans, and high-touch customer engagement.
- Manage escalations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
π What Weβre Looking For
- 5 years in network security engineering, support, operations, or professional services.
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW (highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking (routers, switches, servers, wireless, monitoring).
- Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux troubleshooting.
- Preferred certifications: PCNSE, PCNSA, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE.
- Proven ability to work as a trusted technical advisor across technical & non-technical teams.
- Strong escalation handling, customer communication, and project management skills.
