Must Have: O365 Experience, Customer Support Experience, Business Analyst Experience
Good To Have: EDI X-12 Experience, Data Analytics (Tableau), Xml Experience, Railroad Experience, Basic Programing Knowledge (Scripting).
Experience Level: Mid Level, 4- 8 Years Of Experience With Business Analyst And Customer Support.
Primary Skills: Must Have: O365 Experience, Customer Support Experience, Business Analyst Experience
Secondary Skills: Good To Have: EDI X-12 Experience, Data Analytics (Tableau), Xml Experience, Railroad Experience, Basic Programing Knowledge (Scripting).
Desired Profile:
- Very Strong In Customer Support Skills.
- Very Strong In Business Analyst Skills (Railroading And Electronic Messaging)
- Very Good Analytical Skills And Problem-Solving Ability.
- Should Have Expertise In Any Of The Two Following Electronic Messaging Formats: Edi, Xml, Json, Flat File, Isa, Aar, Or Clm.
- Good Experience With O365 Suite Of Apps.
