- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a Business-related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry, state and local income tax experience.
- Proven level of accuracy and willingness to roll off sleeves for processes and number details,
- Self-directed, ability to lead, and move in an international fast paced and changing environment,
- Strong ability to communicate well with remote international teams, including excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Working knowledge of compliance software systems - CorpTax preferred.
- Solid understanding of research platforms (e.g., IntelliConnect, BNA, RIA);
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met; and
- Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
