About the Role

We re seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect who blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership, empathy, and systems thinking. This role sits at the center of platform strategy designing AI-first, secure, and scalable Salesforce ecosystems that integrate seamlessly across clouds, partners, and enterprise systems.

You ll remain hands-on coding, prototyping, and experimenting while also owning architectural standards, governance, and mentorship across multiple teams and orgs.

What You ll Do

Enterprise & Platform Architecture

• Architect and govern enterprise-scale, multi-org Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define platform standards that ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

AI-First & Intelligent Experiences

• Design AI-driven solutions using Einstein 1, Prompt Builder, Copilot, Work Summaries, and AgentForce.
• Apply generative AI responsibly to enhance customer and agent experiences.

Service Cloud & Telephony

• Lead architecture for Service Cloud, Omni-Channel routing, and CTI integrations.
• Design real-time Salesforce integrations with Genesys Cloud using Open CTI, APIs, and event-driven patterns.

Integrations & Middleware

• Define and govern integration patterns using MuleSoft and REST APIs, ensuring reliability, observability, and performance.

Security, Governance & Quality

• Own platform security strategy including Shield, encryption, event monitoring, and sharing models.
• Lead Architecture / Design Review Boards to enforce standards and manage technical debt.

Technical Excellence

• Review and optimize Apex frameworks, async processing, governor limits, and LWC architecture.
• Provide guidance on performance tuning, caching, and scalability.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Drive strong collaboration between development and operations teams.

Hands-On Innovation

• Build POCs and rapid prototypes to validate new ideas, AI capabilities, and architectural approaches.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor senior engineers and tech leads.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex platform and architectural issues.

What You Bring

• Primary: Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (Omni-Channel, Voice, CTI).
• Integrations: Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Telephony: Experience integrating Genesys Cloud or similar CTI/voice platforms.
• AI: Experience or strong exposure to Einstein 1, Prompt Builder, Copilot, AgentForce, or LLM prompt engineering.
• DevOps: Strong CI/CD and release governance experience (Copado or similar).

Bonus: Exposure to Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, multi-org/multi-cloud environments
